TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. General
These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of products and services via www.stilltime.me and govern the relationship between the seller and the consumer.

3. Prices
All prices are stated in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and include applicable taxes where relevant.

5. Payment
Payment is made via the available payment solutions on the website, including Vipps, Stripe and/or Google or Apple Pay.
The amount is charged at the time of completed order.

6. Delivery
Digital products are delivered automatically and are normally available immediately after completed payment.
In some cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours.

8. Right of Withdrawal
For digital products delivered immediately, where delivery begins with the consumer’s express consent, the right of withdrawal does not apply in accordance with section 22 (n) of the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act.
By completing the purchase, the customer agrees that delivery begins immediately and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is thereby waived.

9. Complaints
If a defect is discovered in the product, the customer must notify the seller within a reasonable time after the defect was discovered or should have been discovered.  Complaints must be submitted in writing to lvlandmark@gmail.com.
The consumer’s rights are governed by the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act.

10. Dispute Resolution
Complaints should be addressed to the seller within a reasonable time.
If the parties do not reach an agreement, the consumer may contact the Norwegian Consumer Authority (Forbrukertilsynet) for mediation.
